When was the right time to sell? Never, Bitcoin is a Buy.
Morgan Creek Capital Management CEO MarkYusko in an interview on CNBC on Sept. 27 compared Bitcoin’s ten-year history to Amazon. He was replying to the concern raised by CNBC's cryptocurrency host Melissa Lee over the Bitcoin price sudden fall on Thursday.
Mark W. Yusko is an American investor, hedge fund manager, and philanthropist. He is the founder, chief investment officer and managing director of Morgan Creek Capital Management, an investment management firm that advises pension funds, endowments and wealthy individuals.
According to Yusko,
“All the indicators of the network and the network value are rising; the price of any asset fluctuates”
He also shared many examples showing upward movement like increasing bitcoin blockchain network hash rate, transaction volume and wallet numbers.
Yusko looks bullish on bitcoin. He concluded that selling Bitcoin would be like selling Amazon shares.
He also stated that,
“In every year, including this year, it’s had a double-digit drawdown. The average peak-to-trough: 31%, twice 90%. When was the right time to sell? Never”
